The most-visited viewpoint on Koh Phi Phi, reached by climbing roughly 400 steps up a steep jungle path from Tonsai village. The reward at the top is a direct line of sight over the twin bays of Ton Sai and Loh Dalum — the image that defines Koh Phi Phi in nearly every photo you've seen. The path is paved and signed; fit walkers take 20–25 minutes up, slower groups 35–40. Entry is ฿50 per person, paid at the trailhead. Most visitors stay 20–30 minutes at the first viewpoint before descending or pushing on to Viewpoint 2 (a further ฿20 and another 10–15 minutes up).

Highlights

Twin-bay panorama over Ton Sai and Loh Dalum from one viewpoint
Paved jungle trail with rest stops on the way up
Second viewpoint higher up for a wider angle (฿20 extra)
Best in the late afternoon before sunset
